Instructions on how to use Gerovital H3 Equilibrium - Nourishing Massage CreamApply to the face, neck, and décolleté, and massage vigorously in circular motions for 20 minutes. If necessary, it can be reapplied a second time during the massage. At the end, any excess cream should be removed with damp cosmetic pads.
This product is also recommended for home use during the periods between treatments - it can be used once a week.
