Instructions on how to use Gerovital H3 Retinol - Wrinkle Prevention CreamApply daily to the face, neck, and décolleté.
Avoid sun exposure and do not use the cream during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
In case of sun exposure, apply a product with SPF afterward, depending on the duration of exposure (SPF 10 - 20 during fall and winter and in summer if the activity is indoors; SPF 50 when the sun is stronger or if the activity is mostly outdoors in summer).
